Siempre Rebel Cask Reposado is a tequila aged for eight months in Bordeaux Sauternes casks, giving it a unique flavor profile of cooked agave, dried fruits, caramel, and spices like cinnamon and vanilla, with a lingering finish that has hints of honey and raisins. It is made from 100% agave, is 84 (42% ABV) proofand has a rich, complex aroma with notes of caramelized pear, earthy agave, and warm spices. 

Appearance: Golden amber with rich hues. Aroma: Caramelized pears, earthy agave, and warm spices. 

Palate: Dried fruits, cooked agave, wet earth, baked bread, cinnamon, and vanilla. Other descriptions include notes of caramelized nuts, flan with cayenne, and sweet and peppery spices.
