Seagrams VO Gold is the elder sibling of the signature VO from Seagrams. Rather than the usual 6 years, it is matured for 8 years. The whiskey is smoother due to the more extended age period, but it is also more nuanced, with deeper tastes. When you pour it into the glass, it glows with its golden honey hue. Smoky wood, rye spice, vanilla, a hint of caramel, and a peppery feel dominate the smells.
