To create the wonderful blend of Caskmate IPA Irish Whiskey, Jameson whiskey is aged in IPA barrels before being bottled. For those who love both IPA beer and Jameson Irish whiskey, this is just a priceless combo. This whiskey has a light amber hue. We get a whiff of malt and honey as well as floral notes as we remove the top. Honey and bitter hop notes are evident on the tongue. Apples and cinnamon remain in the aftertaste, as well as a hint of chocolate. There is a gritty finish with apple and pepper touches.
