G4 Blanco 108 proof 750ml

G4 Blanco 108 proof is a high-proof, bold, and complex tequila with strong cooked agave, black pepper, and mineral notes on the palate and nose. It is produced by Felipe Camarena at the El Pandillo distillery, uses a 50/50 mix of rainwater and spring water, and is twice distilled in copper stills, resulting in a full-bodied, intense flavor with a long, evolving finish.

Nose: A powerful aroma of cooked agave is layered with black pepper, mineral notes, and hints of citrus and spice.

Palate: A robust, powerful taste of cooked agave is followed by black pepper, mineral notes, and hints of citrus, earth, mint, and herbal spice.

Finish: A long, lingering, and evolving finish with notes of spearmint, anise, olive, and peppery heat.

High proof: Bottled at 108 proof (54%) ABV) to showcase the full intensity of the agave flavor. 

Ingredients: Made from (100%) estate-grown Blue Weber agave, with fermentation using a (50/50) mix of rainwater and spring water. 

Production: Cooked in stone ovens, crushed with a traditional tahona, and twice distilled in copper pot stills to preserve its texture and purity.
