Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye is a really remarkable Canadian whiskey that marries the complex taste of Canadian rye grain with the recognizable creaminess of Crown Royal. This is a fruity, earthy American rye with a dark coppery gold hue that is more closely related to bourbon than sour, earthy American rye. Cherry, plum, apricot, and watermelon flavors are soaked in wildflower honey overtones. The entry has overtones of watermelon, cherry, and sour apple.
