Apothic Crush is a Californian red wine blend with Pinot Noir, Petite Sirah, and, Zinfandel making the most of it. The wine has a deep and dark purple color. When it comes to aroma, this wine hits hard with caramel, chocolate, and vanilla dominating it and cherry, red fruit, and raspberries bringing in the much-needed fruitiness! The wine is perfectly balanced with smoothness and tannin feel in the mouth with the flavors of caramel also dominating here with touches of strawberry, plum, and acidic grape notes balancing it all out!
