1800 Guachi Monton is an añejo tequila inspired by the Guachimontones pyramids in Jalisco, Mexico. It is characterized by a unique flavor profile with notes of citrus, caramel, honey, and vanilla, resulting from its double-aged process: first in American and French oak barrels and then finished in orange tequila liqueur casks. The tequila is packaged in a red ceramic bottle, which pays homage to the red clay soil of the agave's growing region and the circular shape of the ancient pyramids.
