The 90.4 proof (45.2% ABV) whiskey is described as soft and sweet, with a deep amber appearance and tasting notes that include fruit, floral and spiced notes on the nose, and flavors of spicy applesauce, toasted coconut, and cocoa nibs on the palate. Its finish is dry with lingering notes of cocoa nibs and apple peel.
