Jameson’s Distiller’s Safe whiskey is part of the Whiskey Makers Series and it celebrates the art of head distiller Brian Nation and his expertise of Irish pot still. The whiskey has a light golden color to it. It gives out a herby, spicy, and fruity aroma with hints of, perfume, barley, and citrus. Your tongue tingles with spice along with the barley and ends on the notes of citrus acidity. It ends in a smooth manner with touches of barley and zesty citrus notes also making an appearance.
