Caskmate IPA Irish Whiskey is a product of Jameson whiskey being aged in IPA barrels before being bottled. Made specifically for the lovely Jameson whiskey and IPA beer lovers! There is a light amber hue to the whiskey that is transparent. Hops, malt, honey, and flowery aromas are all evident in the scent. In a similar way to the scent, the palate is instantly greeted with a bitter hop flavor, along with some honey. It builds a lingering end of cinnamon, grain, and apples with a chocolate hint. Fruity apple and pepper notes contribute to the gritty finish.
