The Don Fulano Añejo is a complex, smooth, and additive-free tequila aged for a minimum of 30 months in French Limousin and Nevers oak casks. The 50ml "mini" version offers the same refined sipping experience as the full-size bottle, with a harmonious balance of agave, spice, and woody flavors.

Flavor profile and characteristics
Aroma: On the nose, you'll find notes of sweet, creamy vanilla, banana bread, and baked banana, balanced with menthol and mint. It also features hints of honey, toasted coconut, tropical citrus fruit, and dried fruits.

Palate: The flavor is deep and complex, with lavish spice elements like cardamom and allspice complementing the sweetness of the cooked agave. Notes of honey, caramelized nuts, and dark chocolate are also present. The influence of the French oak aging provides rich and subtle woody notes.

Finish: The finish is smooth, long, and satisfying, with lingering notes of dark chocolate and leather.

Production: This Añejo is produced by the González family, fifth-generation agave farmers, using 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco. It is made without additives, including sugars, colors, or preservatives.
