Apothic Red Blend is the signature Californian blended red wine from the menu of Apothic. The wine’s composition and structure consist of a big chunk of Zinfandel, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon make the rest of it to give it a complex and rich grape depth. This wine has a deep, dark purple hue to it. The scent has a jammy fruit note with some licorice sweetness and mocha and oak aromas. This wine delivers a deep flavor with notes of vanilla and chocolate, with fruity notes of blackberries, plums, and black cherries.
